General Information

Rental Rates:

 Eagle's Nest: $1800/week   
Barbary House $1100/week   
Sunset Cottages $1800/week

Security Deposit: An additional security deposit of $200 must be paid and will be returned six weeks after departure if there is no damage, theft, cleaning problems, or long distance phone charges.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee (10% of rental fee) for cancellations made two or more weeks prior to arrival date. A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to arrival.

Supplies:
Bedding, towels, and cleaning supplies are provided.
You will need to bring your own personal soap products.

Cleaning:
Daily maid service is not provided. Cleaning service will be provided if requested and paid for ($200) in advance. Otherwise, guests must leave the house neat and orderly - this includes cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and doing laundry.

Smoking:
No smoking of any kind is allowed in the house.
Please use the containers provided outside for cigarette butts.

Pets:
No pets are allowed in the house or on the grounds.
